What is the return policy?
At this time, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. Each item is carefully checked before it ships to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, and we put a lot of love into making sure your order is just right. 💖
If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us right away — we’ll be happy to make it right.
Where do the bats come from?
Each bat is locally sourced / thrifted in Chicagoland. Our inventory primarily consists of retired baseball bats that have now been refurbished and brought out their inner Hot Girl.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What are the bats made of?
Our inventory is full of different sizes and materials of previously owned baseball bats. Our bats typically range from 25-35 inches. Almost all of the bats are made from metal, though we also carry wooden and hard plastic ones as well. The studs and various embellishments are all craft-grade, applied with professional-grade adhesive.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At the moment we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned for updates!
Do you make custom bats?
All of our bats are made as one-of-a-kind designs, but we don’t take custom orders at this time. Each piece is created with its own unique vibe, so you’re always getting something special straight from our collection.
